      Do you offer international retail for personal buyers?

      Sorry, the diffs are heavy products, and the international delivery would be too costly, so we do business bulk orders only. You can still leave a message with the diff model you need and your place, maybe we have business partners there and you can buy form them.

      What’s your product warranty?

      We offer 12 months warranty for our new diffs, for quality issue diffs, we will send replacement.

      What’s your MOQ?

      We accept small orders with mixed models and ratios.

      What’s your delivery terms?

      We can either use your forwarder or ours, we can deliver to your agent’s warehouse in China, or we can use our good shipping agent to do DDP by sea shipping for many countries.

      Do you accept customization?

      We can customize most of the chassis parts (except engine parts) according to your samples or detailed drawings, and we will also give you our suggestions based on our manufacturer experience to make you the best customized parts.

      What’s your MOQ to make a complete diff?

      Please understand that making a new diff requires a lot of work and molding costs, so usually our MOQ is 300pcs, and if that model is already on our developing list, we can accept 100pcs to start.
